Homemade Healthy Egg Rolls with Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 T. Soy sauce
  • 1 T. Minced Ginger
  • 1 T. Sesame Seeds
  • ½ T. Minced Garlic
  • Brown turkey with spices.
  • Add to:
  • 1 bag Asian chopped salad or
  • 2 C. chopped cabbage and 1 C. shredded carrots
  • 1 pkg. Egg Roll wrappers
  • Combine turkey and salad. Spoon 3 tablespoons into an egg roll wrapper. wrap up and place on baking sheet. Bake or fry according to egg roll wraps. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
Instructions
  1. Sweet and Sour sauce
  2. T. Ketchup
  3. /3 C. Sugar
  4. T. Vinegar
  5. T. Soy Sauce
  6. t. Minced Ginger
  7. T. Orange Juice Concentrate or Pineapple juice
  8. T. Cornstarch
  9. Whisk together in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer for 2 min until sauce turns translucent. It's ready to serve.
