Homemade Garlic Egg Noodles {Recipe}

Easy homemade egg noodles. Make and use for homemade soups!

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1½ Teaspoon Garlic Salt
Instructions
  1. Whip eggs in bowl. Add garlic salt then flour ¼ cup at a time. Mix until you have a soft ball. Sprinkle a little flour on counter top. Roll egg noodles very thin. Mine are about ⅛ inch thick. To cut noodles I use my herb mincer. It makes the perfect noodles! Or you can cut them by hand.
  2. Next line a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper. Lay noodles on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle a little flour on the noodles. Let them sit for a few hours to dry out.
