1-2 pounds Open Nature Organic chicken (breasts or tenders work great)
½ cup Peanut Oil
1 tsp. Sesame oil
⅜ Cup Soy sauce
½ C. Rice Wine Vinegar
4 Tbls. Brown Sugar
3 garlic cloves
½ C. Green Onions
2 tsp Chili paste (opt)
Instructions
Wash chicken and pat dry.
Combine all ingredients in large plastic zip bag or container. Add Chicken. Let chicken marinate for at least 1 hour. You can also freeze chicken and marinade for a later date.
Before grilling be sure the grill is hot. Place chicken on grill . Flames may occur due to peanut oil. Be careful. Grill until chicken is done on both sides. Remove from grill and enjoy.
