Take your chicken Breasts and cut them in half. Then using your knife and cut them in half again making them thinner. If your Chicken breasts are over sized your may want to slice the chicken breasts into thirds. Once cut cover your chicken with plastic wrap and use a mallet to pound them about ¼ inch thin.
Sprinkle garlic salt or rub minced garlic on both sides of the chicken piece.
Cover in flour
Dip both sides in Egg
In a Hot pan pour 3 T olive oil. Fry chicken in pan 2 minutes on each side.
Remove from pan. Serve.
If you have leftovers refrigerate and save for later.
Rewarming is best for 30 or so second in the microwave and 1 min on each side in a hot pan.
