TruMoo & Strawberry Pudding Pops

September 7, 2014 By: Freetimefrolics

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TruMoo for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Do you remember way back when you were a kid and Bill Cosby was telling us on TV to buy Pudding Pops?  I just loved those things.  They were the best creamy treat in the frozen food section! But alas one day they just disappeared, never return.
I miss them.

So I decided I would make my own.  Only today I am adding a little twist to make them a bit more healthy. They make great after school snacks, or for mom after she sends them all out the door and can enjoy one all to herself!

Strawberry Pudding Pops

Trumoo Strawberry Milk
1 pkg vanilla pudding
10 fresh strawberries
1/4 C. TruMoo Creamer or half & half
With a hand mixer whip the pudding, half &half and 1 1/2 C. Trumoo Strawberry milk.  Whip on medium high for 2 minutes.   This blends the pudding and adds a little air to the half and half.  Set aside for 4-5 minutes so it can start to set.
Next rinse off your berries.  Remove the stem and dice into small pieces. Put a tablespoon or two into your Popsicle containers or paper cups.

Pour your pudding mix into the popsicle containers. I use a spoon because your pudding can be a bit thick. Fill almost to the top and place sticks inside. Use your stick to mix the fruit into the popsicle.
Place in freezer for at least 4 hours before eating.
These yummy and fresh tasting pudding pops are the perfect after school snack.  Packed with milk and berries, your kids will love them! My kids gobbles these babies up and asked for more.
You could totally make these in TruMoo Chocolate and add berries or Bananas.

We also bought the Chocolate milk.  After reading the label, I was hooked.  With no added junk or thickener, I think it may have come from a chocolate cow.  We loved the taste.  My kids drank a gallon in two day.  Even my non milk drinker drank it up.
