Porcupine Meatballs {Recipe}

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Hamburger
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 C. Rice
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 T. Water
  • 2 cans Tomato Soup
  • 1 C. Water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix hamburger, chili powder, onion, salt, pepper, egg, 3T. water, rice and 2 T of tomato soup. Roll meat mixture into 1½ inch balls. Place into 9x13 pan. In a bowl Mix water and tomato soup. Pour over the top of meatballs.
  2. Cover and Bake meatballs at 350* for 45 minutes.
