Breakfast Smoothie

- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup milk
- 1 8 ounce yogurt ( I like Kroger's carbmaster 9 grams of protien)
- ⅛ cup vanilla whey protein
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- ½ cup frozen berries
- ½ cup ice cubes
- Opt 1 ripe banana , peeled
- Blend in a blender until smooth.
- Makes 4, 1 cup servings.
