A few weeks ago I shared this recipe on Girl and a glue gun. Today you can find it right here!
Banana Bread is always delish so today I decided to share a family favorite of ours. It is a super easy recipe that everyone will enjoy. I always seem to have bananas lying. So you would think we would make bread all the time. But it just takes so much time! So I started thinking about what could I do to simplify the process and have it taste delish? A few months ago I share a 5 ingredient Pumpkin bread recipe. So I decided to mix up the ingredients and turn it into a Spiced Banana Bread. This stuff is super scrumptious. Your kids will gobble it down in a few minutes. It would also make a delicious treat for your neighbor. Just wrap it up and tie it in a bow.
Spiced Banana Bread Recipe
1 Spice Cake
2 Eggs
1/2 C.Water
1/8 C. Oil
4 Ripe Bananas
Mash bananas in a bowl. In separate bowl mix together spice cake, eggs, water and oil. Stir until cake mix powder is all mixed in. Do not over mix. Add bananas. Mix in to batter. Pour batter into 2, 3×8 bread pans. Bake according to the spice cake box directions. It should be right around 25 minutes. Check the bread with a tooth pick to be sure it is done in the center. Pop it out of your pans and allow it to cool. Slice and serve! You could also make these as muffins or mini loafs for the holidays!
That’s it. Just bake and go. Fresh banana bread with a sweet fall flavor! Thai bread is a lot lighter than a normal banana bread with all the flavor!
So do you have a favorite banana recipe? What is it?
