I love Cookies. All kinds. One of my aunts share these Coconut Oatmeal cookies at a family party and I was hooked. They are delicious and semi healthy. I could eat all of them. Here is the yummy recipe I have updated to use coconut oil instead of margarine. It give them a little more coconut flavor and a better texture.
Homemade Coconut Cream Oreo’s Cookies
Years ago as a teen I was given this recipe for homemade Oreos. They were so easy, just a few ingredients. Everyone who eats them loves them. I mean who doesn’t love an Oreo. Chocolate and creamy goodness!
Until now I have always used shortening in them. I decided to try Coconut oil in them and they were delicious! If you like Coconut and chocolate then you will love these!
Cream Cheese Cupcakes
Usually around the 4th of July we have a small neighborhood BBQ. My neighbor brought over these amazing cupcakes. When I asked for the recipe she sent it on over. When I saw it used a box mix I just about died I had not idea a cake mix could taste so amazing. So I decided these were totally blog worthy. Your family, neighbors or party goers will want the recipe!! Check out the recipe below and make a batch tonight!
Grandma’s Snickerdoodles
